Welcome to the heart of my journey – a journey shaped by the sincere services of my Methodist country preacher parents in the remote areas of India, starting in the early 1940s. As the youngest among six children, I witnessed a life devoid of transportation, roads, health clinics, electricity, schools, phones, proper housing, and marred by local and regional caste conflicts.
Yet, my parents held steadfast to their “Faith” in the God of the Bible, faithfully serving our Lord with an unwavering commitment that has blessed their children and grandchildren throughout the years.
Professionally, I am a scientist, married with two grown-up children, and currently residing in the United States of America (USA). However, more than 25 years ago, a unique passion for ministry sprouted in my heart, a calling I never anticipated.
Immersing myself in daily readings of the Holy Bible, I delved into the life of John Wesley, the founder of the Methodist denomination. His resilience and unwavering faith, despite hardships, inspired a deep spiritual journey within me. Through his ministry, countless families, including mine, have been touched.
No doubt resides in my mind – I am a direct beneficiary of John Wesley’s ministry, a believer in Jesus Christ, the one and only Son of God (John 3:16).
A few years ago, after an Easter service, I reflected on the transformative power of Wesley’s ministry in our lives. This contemplation elevated my admiration for him, prompting me to embark on a deeper faith journey.
Since 2016, guided by prayers and the Holy Spirit, I’ve been sharing my reflections on the “John Wesley Admirer” website. This platform is dedicated to sharing our faith in the God of the Bible, passed down through Wesley’s teachings.
